As a commercial litigator, Juvraj has worked on various matters including breaches of contract, wrongful dismissals, shareholder disputes, and real property issues.

Before joining Paris & Sayer LLP, Juvraj clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in the Central West Region. Throughout his clerkship, Juvraj supported judges by researching, editing, and reviewing decisions, and supported judges of the Divisional Court by preparing bench memos for all upcoming appeals. The clerking experience gave Juvraj valuable insight into the judicial process from the decisionmaker’s viewpoint that he now uses to advocate for clients.

Juvraj completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business. While in law school, Juvraj summered at a full-service firm in Ottawa where he completed rotations in dispute resolution and corporate practice. Juvraj also completed an internship at the Senate of Canada, where he supported Senator Bernadette Clement with various bills before the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee.

Before law school, Juvraj worked as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Rogers Communications, where he managed the execution and launch of various nation-wide pricing projects. He was also tasked with overseeing cost-saving and incremental revenue generating initiatives while streamlining the company’s go-to-market process.

Outside of work, Juvraj enjoys gardening, travelling, fitness, watching sports, and spending time with his big family.
