Drake is launching a broad civil and commercial litigation practice.

Prior to joining Paris & Sayer LLP, Drake articled at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Constitutional Law Branch, where he worked on high-profile challenges to government legislation.

Before articling, Drake completed the combined JD/MA Program in Philosophy at Osgoode Hall Law School/York University. He graduated within the top 3% of his class and received The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada) Prize for highest standing in Trust Law. Drake also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from Trent University, where he played on the men’s varsity soccer team and was a CIS Academic All-Canadian.

In his free time, Drake enjoys hiking, reading, and watching the Canadian Men’s National Soccer Team.
